Well. Android is an open-source platform which is vulnerable to some malware and trojans and it is based on Linux. Google puts in lots of efforts to monitor the PlayStore for malicious apps and removes it to prevent its users from falling into crisis. Roman Unuchek from Kaspersky Lab had recently pointed out a game on Google Play Store that’s actually a trojan. The game named Colourblock contained a nasty trojan that has the potential to root your device. Well, the creators after rooting the device can inject malicious codes into the system library. The trojan named Dvmap can install malicious apps from the web and can infect your device in no time. However, the reports claimed that the developer of this game is in their initial stages because the game was never strong in asking servers to send malicious software to the device. Well, the creators of the game have uploaded several variants of the game in Google Play Store in order to trap users to deliver Trojan in the victims’ devices. However, the game had been removed by Google. Users are recommended to avoid downloading any apps or games blindly from Google Play Store and make sure to go through the ratings and reviews of the app before installing it onto your device.
